Venue Available

Our Main Hall and 'The Den' (see pictures on this page) are available for community organization meetings, celebrations of life, local organizational conferences, training, and other limited events for residents and organizations in the Eastern Passage, Cow Bay, Shearwater area of Nova Scotia.

 

*For community organizations and celebrations of life, there is no charge.

Building is heated and cooled by heat pumps.

​

Private parking lot (70+ cars).

​

Tables and chairs are included.

​

  • Main Hall ($200*) has a capacity up to 286 persons

    • Main hall has a small stage

    • Small portable speaker system available at no additional cost​

    • *No charge for celebrations of life

  • The Den ($100) has a capacity up to 92 persons, and is available only for meetings.​

  • Kitchen ($75)

  • Dishes and flatware ($50)

  • White cloth linens ($25)
  • Bartender, CASH BAR only (no fee)​

Please note that most bookings are made 14 days or more in advance to give us to time do an intake, sign a contract,  arrange for someone to open/close the clubhouse and do setup for your event, etc. Exceptions are made for Celebrations of Life and certain other events.

 

Please also note that our clubhouse is used regularly for community or clubhouse events on the following days of most months and likely will not be available for rent.

1st & 3rd Monday of each month, 5pm to end of day.

​

Tuesdays from 2pm to end of day.

​

2nd Thursday of each month, 2pm to end of day.

​

​3rd Saturday morning of each month until 11am.

​

​The week of Eastern Passage Summer Carnival & most of the month of December.

​

Submit the form and we will reach out to you within 1-2 days.  (Our hall rentals are managed by volunteers and we will get back to you as soon as we can.)

Thank you for your interest in our facility. We will contact you once we receive your request, to answer any questions and to arrange a time for you to view the facility (if you wish to do so). Please note that a $50 non-refundable deposit and a signed contract is required to reserve the booking. Full payment is due 2 weeks prior to the event.
